How Do I Contact NKR*Makeup?
All inquiries pertaining to your order, please submit an email under the contact tab.
Payment & Shipping
*We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. Please confirm your delivery address when paying through Paypal.
*We ship Worldwide via USPS mail inclusive of AFO/FPO addresses. International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or custom duties.
Returns & Refunds
*Only items ordered/placed online through NKRmakeup.com will qualify for a refund of any kind.
*We gladly accept returns on unused items only within 14 days of delivery. All return products must be in original packaging. We do not accept exchanges at this time.
*To qualify for a return, you must email customerservice@nkrmakeup.com within 14 days of receiving the products. The email must contain a photo of the defective/damaged item along with a brief description.
